Through the Eyes of Autism
The eyes of my great-grandson speak volumes. His father carrying him on his shoulder for most of the evening at a family wedding, both tired, both comforting each other. At the time the photo was taken, Oliver had no verbal communication skills. His communication was through those eyes and through his older brother Blake who somehow always knows what Oliver needs and wants.
