This is the demonstration painting I did for Women Artists of the West during the Invitational Show that is now hanging at the Woolaroc Museum in Bartlesville, OK. I worked from my own photo. The underpainting was created using a turpenoid wash over hard pastels prior to the demonstration, and the painting was brought to completion while everyone watched. This is an image I have painting in both oil and pastel in the past.
