Terrebonne Remembered, I
This piece is part of a series, created from a snapshot taken years ago - out a car window, on a family trip. The title refers to a rural town in central OR. New to OR then, all views were a marvel and full of wonder. Revisiting this photo recently, I used memory and imagination to create the desired mood. Terrebonne, the good earth, has long been my chosen muse for a continued exploration toward abstraction using pastels.
